General Terms and Conditions of social media competitions, prizes and giveaways

·  Entries must be received by International Rail Ltd on or before midnight on the closing date of the competition or prize draw.

·  The prize is as detailed on the promotion.

·  Only one entry per person is allowed.

·  Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, International Rail Ltd has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change, or should events arise that render any competition impossible due to reasons beyond our control we cannot accept any liability as a result thereof.

·  Entries must be submitted in accordance with the competition requirements. 

·  International Rail Ltd acknowledge that promotions, competitions or giveaways on Facebook and Twitter are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

·  Personal data will be captured for the purposes of the competition and may later be used for sending a monthly newsletter or information about our products and services. This data will not be passed on to third parties and you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

·  Competitions and Prize Draws are open to all members of the general public aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of International Rail Ltd

·  Comment to win giveaways - only comments on the original post will be included in the giveaway, sadly comments on shared posts or comments posted to our timeline will not count due to privacy setting restrictions for business pages.

·  Winners will be drawn at random and the judges’ decision is final.

·  We will reply to your comment if you win.  Please get in touch with us via email sprice@internationalrail.com with your details so we can dispatch your prize.  If we don't hear from you within two weeks, we will re-draw the prize.

·  The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.

·  Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prize once you have sent us your details by private message.
