It is famed for its mountain range and incredibly beautiful rural areas.  It is also a region boasting much tradition and a vast and varied range of things to see and experience. These range from rafting on the Yoshino river and visiting the stunning Japanese gardens set against the backdrop of Mount Shuin to the Awa Dance Festival or the amazing natural hot springs and many many more!

Whatever you choose to do when you are there you are sure you really experience the Japanese culture and experience the trip of a lifetime.

Booking your Japan All Shikoku Pass
The Japan All Shikoku Pass works by allowing for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days of continuous travel within the Shikoku region. You can take as many journeys as you want within this period, provided that you are travelling on participating routes.

Just remember that to qualify for this pass you must be a "Temporary Visitor" to Japan who is only in the country for sightseeing purposes.

If you think you might require a different style of pass or ticket, visit our Rail Passes page or our Rail Tickets page.

Using your Japan All Shikoku Pass

Only people who have a passport bearing this stamp can use a Japan Rail Pass.

IMPORTANT: Even if you visit Japan with an Exchange Order, to be turned in for a Japan Rail Pass, the exchange cannot be made unless you have "Temporary Visitor" status: if you enter Japan under any other official status, such as "Trainee," "Entertainer," or "Reentry Permit," you cannot change the Exchange Order for a Japan Rail Pass. Please note that according to strict interpretation of the Japanese Immigration Law, "Temporary Visitor" status differs even from other types of stays that are also for only short time periods.
