Vietnam Visa's

There are 4 different types of visa's for Vietnam and they are as below:

• Tourist Visa
• Business Visa
• Student Visa
• Transit Visa
• Procedure for obtaining a visa

Tourist Visa:

• This visa is usually valid for 1 month, single or multiple entries.

Business visa:

• Usually valid for 3 months, single or multiple entries.

Student visa:

• A student visa is usually arranged after your arrival. It's acceptable to enter Vietnam on a tourist visa, enrol in a Vietnamese language course and then apply at the Immigration Police for a change in status. You can contact local agents in Vietnam to arrange it for you.

Transit visa (or visa for city visiting):

• The maximum duration of this type of visa is 5 days. The Immigration Department will issue transit visa for groups in tour, accompanied with a tour guide. The group must have exact itinerary, air tickets and have guarantee of a travel agency which organizing the tour.

Procedure for obtaining a visa to Vietnam:

Option 1: Do it yourself

Citizens or residents in United Kingdom can apply directly to the Vietnam Embassy in London for a visa, the address is as below:

Option 2: Visa on arrival (VOA)

This is the most convenient way to obtain a Visa to enter Vietnam - and can be done easily through us so there is no need to post your passport or queue up at the Vietnam Embassy in London. Please be aware that this can only be done if you are planning to enter Vietnam by air.

The Visa Stamp fee is payable at the arrival airport, not to us.

Please Note: The Stamp Fee is a charge that will have to be paid directly to the Immigration Department, in Vietnam, at the arrival airport. This fee can only be paid in cash, and in US$, no other currency is accepted.

• Normal Processing: 3-6 working days,
