Further Update French Strike - Tuesday 11th October 2011

Further to our previous news item, please find below details of Talgo & Elipsos Services affected by the industrial action which is taking place in France today Tuesday 11th October 2011.

Tuesday 11th October 2011 TALGO DAY:

• Talgo Day 460 Sortullena → Montpellier will terminate in Port Bou. Passengers with tickets valid for travel to Cerbère, Perpignan, Narbonne, Beziers and Montpellier can take a replacement bus service from Figueras to the onwards destination.
• Talgo Day 463 Montpellier → Cartagena will start in Port Bou. Passengers with tickets valid to travel from Montpellier, Beziers, Narbonne, Perpignan and Cerbère can take a replacement bus service to Figueras and then go by train to their onwards destination. Alternatively, passengers can take a replacement bus service from Figueras to Barcelona.

ELIPSOS: Only the following trains will run: 474, 272/3, 370/1 & 477.

• Trenhotel 407 Madrid → Paris.

Trains will terminate at Irun, where a replacement bus will be available for the reminder of the journey.

• Trenhotel 409 Paris → Madrid.

Passengers with tickets valid to travel from Paris Austerlitz, Orleans-Les Aubrais, Blois and Poitiers will be transported by a replacement bus service to Irun and then will go by train to their onwards Elipsos destinations.

Wednesday 12th October 2011 TALGO DAY:

• Talgo Day 463 Montpellier to Cartagena will start in Port Bou. Passengers with tickets valid to travel from Montpellier, Beziers, Narbonne, Perpignan and Cerbère can take a replacement bus service to Figueras and then go by train to their onwards destination. Alternatively, passengers can take a replacement bus service from Figueras to Barcelona.
