Elipsos Service Update 31st March - 1st April

Please find below the latest service update which we have received from Elipsos.

The Barcelona to Milan 11273 service is cancelled tonight, 31st March.

A replacement bus service will run instead.

The Milan to Barcelona 11274 service is cancelled tomorrow night, 1st April.

A replacement bus service will run instead.

Passengers due to travel on these two services have three options:

• Decide not to travel and obtain a full refund
• Exchange their ticket for travel at a later date (exchanges are to be processed as refunds plus new sales and difference in cost is to be paid for by the passenger)

Travel on the replacement bus service - passengers who use the bus service can obtain a refund of the difference in cost of their ticket and that of a reclining seat.
