Refunds

Refunds must be claimed within 6 months from the date of issue.

The pass and all supporting documentation must be presented to the Issuing office.

Fees and charges

CD Intercity price supplements, seat and sleeper reservation fees are not included in the price of the European Eastpass.

Lost tickets

There is no refund for passes lost or stolen. All passengers are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance before commencing their journey.
